As many know, we are part of an association. There are 7 row homes and a duplex. One of the duplex units is for sale.

Great price and amazing association fee. We are saving for a house but because my husband is in a wheelchair, we need one that is barrier free, or at least handicapped accessible. I LOVE that bedroom!
Yeah, I kind of thought that Uptown designation was, um, odd to say the least.

I'll keep it in mind- I have a couple of friends looking! I know how that "new neighbor" anxiety can be- we just had two houses on our block sell, and we are awaiting the arrival of the newbies. Fingers crossed!
