Be Our Neighbor
We have reason to believe that the townhome next to ours will be for sale soon. It is a 115+ old rowhouse. It has a very small yard, but about 1300 square feet and three bedrooms.
We want good neighbors so badly. We will keep everyone posted as for when it is really for sale.

Good luck, you two! When the house next to ours went up for sale, we were worried about who might move in. But, when you think about our old neighbor (a crazy old bitch lady), I suppose it couldn't have been much worse. But, we totally lucked out and our new neighbors KICK ASS. I seriously want to order a trophy on the Internet for them that says "World's Best Neighbors." They shovel our sidewalk for us and have awesome parties.
I hope your new neighbors are just as cool =)
Between my two young, large dogs, my shop and my bass practicing I doubt you'd be thrilled to have me as a neighbor <g>.
there is also going to be another one of those cool old residences for sale during the month of february. this one has a bigger yard, cool patio, two bedrooms, and an nice paint scheme. know anybody who'd like to buy it?
Oh for sad, Charity. What will we do without you?
