The Windows

Okay, so I guess there was some mix up this morning. I'm not sure on details, but the window guys didn't get to the house until 1:00.

So, we only got three windows in, and a houseful of non-installed ones.






They have a yellow primer on them, so we need to paint them ourselves, but we need to paint all the trim around the windows anyhow. It has a great film on all of them that we can remove after we paint them. Pretty cool.

Using the "hand test," where I put my hand up to the window, I can't feel cold air pouring in around the windows, so they are better than what we have now.

Bad news of course is that we are going to be living without window coverings and no furniture within 4 feet of the windows. Looks like we are back to a disorganized household.
